Sensei John Holliman once again won, in this three 3-minute round bout.  Although outweighed by his opponent, Sensei Holliman defeated his opponent decisively by using a barrage of striking techniques, and then by dominating on the groundwork.  He ultimately won by submission, tapping out his opponent in the 2nd round.

He continues to train and prepare for Full Contact, No Holds Barred, Mixed Martial Arts, and Kick-Boxing events.

Several other students of Sensei Gary Bush, including Instructor Jason Blackford, regularly train for full contact type competitions.

Once again Instructor John Holliman fought in a No Holds Barred - Mixed Martial Arts show down.  This fight almost went the distance of 3 rounds of 3 minutes each.  But it was another one for Mr. Holliman that was cut short - about a minute and a half into the last round,  as Mr. Holliman delivered a liver shot to his opponent Shane Machette, leaving Machette in a TKO.  Mr. Holliman racks up another win for a record of 5 wins and 1 loss.
